Wisner Dispute Resolution offers the services of Alec Wisner for private mediations and arbitrations, specializing in divorce settlement agreements, as well as commercial and business disputes, including insurance coverage, employment, construction, and real estate matters, whether in litigation or not. Having successfully mediated hundreds of cases, Alec is anxious to assist you in resolving your disputes.
Trained at the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University with special divorce mediation training under the tutelage of Jim Melamed of the Oregon Mediation Center, Alec brings a unique blend of experience and training to his mission. Thirty-five years of experience as an attorney, eighteen years of which were spent in hands-on business management provides Alec with the insight necessary to empower individuals during their stressful periods of conflict.
Available on weekends and evenings, as well as regular business hours, Alec anticipates the special needs of working individuals who are limited by their work schedules. A free initial consulation is available to couples wishing to decide for themselves whether or not mediation provides the best avenue through which they can craft their own marital settlement and be best positioned to move forward with their lives. Other fees are available upon request.
