Fee Schedule:

FAMILY MEDIATION

$300.00 per hour divided among the participants. A $2,500.00 refundable deposit is due from the parties prior to the commencement of actual mediation.  There is a two hour continuation/cancellation fee if the mediation session is continued/cancelled three or fewer days before the mediation date and the time cannot otherwise be filled. Unused portions of the deposits are promptly refunded. Unpaid balances are due within ten days of the invoice date.

A one-time, complimentary consulation is available.  This session typically lasts for one to two hours and is designed to enable potential participants to determine whether or not they wish to engage in the mediation process.

COMMERCIAL MEDIATION

$450.00 per hour divided among the participants. A $2,500.00 refundable deposit is due from each party per day in a two party case.  There is an ad hoc three hour continuation/cancellation fee if the matter is continued/cancelled five or fewer days before the hearing date and the time cannot otherwise be filled. Unused portions of the deposits are promptly refunded. Unpaid balances are due within ten days of the invoice date.
